Benjamin Drake, vice
president of research and development for Pita Pit, acknowledges the rule can
potentially be an inconvenience.
"Now,
if we make a change to a product — like using a different protein or switching
to a different kind of ham — then the calorie count becomes lower and higher,
and we have to change everything in terms of our menu.
