Millennials love authenticity. Organic cotton flannel shirts with shiny, pearl-snap buttons. Electronics made with real glass and aluminum. Chocolate milk stouts brewed just down the street. Celebrities that follow you back on Instagram. That kind of stuff.

"Now, if we make a change to a product — like using a different protein or switching to a different kind of ham — then the calorie count becomes lower and higher, and we have to change everything in terms of our menu.
